Terms & Conditions (Shipping & Returns)

Cancellation Of Items

You may cancel your order within 14 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 20 working days of return of cancelled items. Postage and Packaging are not refundable however. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Exchange Of Items

We are happy to exchange unused items within 14 days of receipt. However Postage will not be refunded.

Delivery

All orders are delivered by Royal Mail "Recorded Delivery". So you should arrange for goods to be shipped to an address where you know someone will be available to "sign for" the goods. If no-one is in to accept delivery, RM will generally leave a note requesting collection from the local Postal Sorting Office. If your order is not delivered shortly after notification of dispatch, please call us on 0208 644 1151, and we will initiate a "track & trace" with Royal Mail. If the goods are "lost" we will re-dispatch at our expense.

UK Shipping, Handling & Costs

All items are Standard Delivery
Standard Deliveries are normally delivered within 3 to 7 working days of order. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to despatch your order within 14 days. This charge will automatically be added to your order.
